All Cougar products are manufactured and kept in stock at our factory in Derbyshire, ready for direct delivery to your door. Ordering could not be simpler, call our sales team on 01773 546776 with your Credit or Debit Card details between 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, and we can take your order and confirm your delivery within one short call.

If you can not call during our opening hours simply fill out the order form in our brochure and fax it to us directly on 01773 546772.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, simply fill out the order form in our brochure and post it along with your cheque, made payable to Cougar Manufacturing Ltd, to Cougar Manufacturing, Units 1 & 2 Ecclesbourne Park, Cotes Park, Alfreton, DE55 4RF and we will call you to arrange a quick delivery.

Next-Day Delivery

To ensure the quickest delivery, Cougar deliver direct from our manufacturing plant to your door. All orders for in-stock equipment can be delivered to any mainland Britain address, next working day.

When placing any order please ensure that you check the size of your entrance doorway, to ensure goods can be successfully delivered. Packages must be checked thoroughly at the time of delivery and signed for only if undamaged, all damage must be reported within 24 hours.

12 Months Parts & Labour Warranty

We believe that customer satisfaction is paramount to our continued success. Therefore, only products built using long life components, strict manufacturing techniques, and resilient stainless steel are allowed to carry the Cougar brand.

All the products in Cougar’s range carry a full 12 months parts & labour warranty. For gas appliances the product must be installed by a commercial Corgi registered engineer to validate this warranty.
