The Cougar 6V61 commercial convection oven has exceptional throughput from a compact design. Although its external width is only 60cm, it accepts large industry standard trays that would normally only be found in much wider and expensive ovens. The 6V60 will accept up to FOUR 1/1 gastronorm dishes.

Cougar's unique air circulation system is designed to give both uniform heat distribution and provide quicker heat up times. This together with the Thermostatic control means accurate cooking temperatures are maintaned throughout cooking.
