The Cougar 6X60 has exceptional throughput for a compact design. Although its external width is only 60cm, it accepts large industry standard trays that would usually only be found in much wider and more expensive ovens. Accepts up to FOUR 1/1 gastronorm dishes.   

Cougar's unique air circulation system is designed to give both uniform heat distribution and provide quicker heat-up times. This together with the Thermostatic control means accurate cooking temperatures are maintaned throughout cooking. The four-ring hob is also easily operated via its four independently adjustable rings.
