The Cougar 6X65 comprises a six-shelf capacity convection oven and a four-ring high speed ceramic hob all in one!!

The oven has a massive internal capacity - this cooker accepts up to SIX 1/1 gastronorm trays all in one go. The ceramic hob has four independently controlled zones. Compared to traditional electric boiling tops, this machine has greatly improved response levels. Heat up time on the hob zones has been reduced from 3 minutes, to a mere 15 seconds.

Cougar's unique air circulation system is designed to give both uniform heat distribution and provide quicker heat-up times. This together with the Thermostatic control means accurate cooking temperatures are maintaned throughout cooking.
