The 6X95 comprises a six-shelf capacity convection oven and a six-ring high speed ceramic hob all in one!!

The oven has a massive internal capacity - this unit accepts up to SIX 1/1 & 1/2 gastronorm trays all in one go. The ceramic hob has six independently controlled zones. Compared to traditional electric boiling tops, this machine has greatly improved response levels. Heat up time has been reduced from 3 minutes to a mere 15 seconds

Cougar's unique air circulation system is designed to give both uniform heat distribution and provide quicker heat-up times. This together with the Thermostatic control means accurate cooking temperatures are maintaned throughout cooking.
