Orders

All Prices quoted on this Website are at the current price on the date of order excluding VAT at the current rate. No Charge is made to customers for Credit/Debit card transactions.

Delivery

Standard Next day delivery is free of charge to the customer for UK mainland addresses only, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, for all orders placed before 3:00pm. Cougar reserves the right to charge any additional delivery costs to areas outside the mainland and in the Highlands of Scotland. Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith, but are not subject of any warranty condition, and time shall not be of the essence of the contract in these respects. No Liability will attach to Cougar if delivery period or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever.

Cougar charge £10 delivery for Spare Parts orders,
£10 for Pre Noon delivery,
£20 for Saturday delivery,
Highlands and Offshore delivery POA.

Warranty & Returns

All Goods supplied by Cougar carry a manufacturers warranty; some items carry extended warranties please check the items descriptions for details.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Please make sure that the items you are ordering are suitable for the application you intend, please check the item's description for all specifications. If you are unsure of any specification please call our customer helpdesk on 01773 546776.

Goods which have been ordered incorrectly must be reported within 14 days of date of order. Incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted for return with prior approval, A Returns number must be obtained for the item being returned. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with instruction manuals and have not been used. Cougar charge a 33% restocking fee on all goods returned. When Cougar receive the goods we will inspect them to ensure all manuals, accessories and other components are within the returned package and that the goods are in the condition that they were originally sent in. If an item is received that is either not in the condition it was sent in or has missing components, a further fee will be charged to cover the cost of the missing items or to return the unit to as new condition.

Customers are responsible for returning all goods ensuring that they are packaged suitably and for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt. Carriage charges for returning any goods to Cougar shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

When ordering, ensure that all dimensions are checked to ensure goods can be successfully delivered through entrance doorways. Packages must be checked thoroughly upon delivery and signed for only if undamaged, all damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Do not fit an item if it is damaged, this counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non returnable.
